Grind the egg, nuts, banana and yeast in a food processor until a thick and creamy mixture is obtained.

Pour the mixture into a Donut mold with a little oil so it does not stick and put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes until it is done.

Serve it on a plate with your favorite nut cream or chocolate and if you like, add grated coconut.
