A glass of rice for a glass of water. Put the water and the rice in a pot with lid at maximum power. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to the minimum and wait for 10 minutes. Remove the pot and let stand for two minutes. Do not remove the lid at any time during cooking.

Cut the salmon, avocado and cucumber into strips.

Place the Nori seaweed on a bamboo support. Put the rice (abundant portion) and spread it on one end of the seaweed. Once the rice is spread, add the other ingredients. Make a roll by rolling the Nori seaweed.

Once the roll is done and is a compact roll, cut it into small portions. Add the soy sauce in a bowl. Spread the sushi pieces and enjoy!
