First we will prepare the oil. We will confit the oil with three peeled garlics at minimum heat. When they are golden brown, turn off the heat and remove the garlic, take the unroasted inside, crush it and put it back into the oil together with the chopped fresh parsley.

On a griddle, we will make the tuna (turn and turn) so that the inside is raw.

Serve on a plate. Place the diced tuna on top of the oil.
