I had previously crushed mango and pitahaya, stored in 2 jars in the fridge, so it is faster. Put a layer of coconut yogurt 🥥 (I used alpro Greek coconut yogurt) on top. On top of the crushed pitahaya

We finished with the puffed quinoa and on top the pomegranate, in the middle the slice of persimmon that came with a surprise 🌞🤩😂😂 and some kiwi hearts 🥝.

On the other half of the persimmon there was another sun but this one angry 👀👀😈🎃. It turns out extra creamy and deliciousooo!!!! 😍😍🤤🤤🤤 I topped it with some granola for the crunchy touch 😉.
