BAKED SEA BREAM WITH POTATOES

Peel and wash the potatoes. Once done we cut them with the thickness of a finger width, add a drizzle of oil and place them in the form of bed (salt and pepper) add a splash of white wine and bake 30 minutes at 180 °.

We clean the sea bream (if it has guts and head) we put in between a few slices of lemon, and we make 2-3 cuts above and put half slices of lemon. Once done this and finished the 30 mim of the potatoes we add above the sea bream and we return to throw a splash of white wine, to the oven about 20-22 min and READY.
