Add the oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.

Chop the onion into julienne strips and add to the pan.

Slice the carrot and add it to the pan once the onion is more or less transparent (more or less transparent) along with the salt and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add water to cover the mixture and let it cook over medium heat. Once the water is reduced, check the point of the carrot and add water little by little until we achieve the point to our liking.
