Bulgur with vegetables and curry chicken 🍛

We start by frying the garlic in small pieces as well as the onion and add the rest of the vegetables in pieces or strips (bell pepper, chili pepper, celery, leek, broccoli).

When you are more or less sofrito add all the spices and continue stirring, then add the chicken pieces (after seasoning).

Once it is all integrated and mixed, we add the bulgur, we give them a few turns so that the grains absorb the flavors and we add our broth (in my case it was homemade broth but all can serve, even vegetable or water with some avecrem tablet). You can add more curry if you want it more powerful.

The bulgur cooking time varies according to the size of the bulgur grain, it can vary from 7 to 20 minutes, you have to taste it and add more broth or salt if necessary! I hope you like it!
