⚠️ IGNORE THE GRAMS ⚠️ 🥮 Tomato Pie 🍅 Ingredients: - 2 large tomatoes. - sun-dried tomatoes (to taste). - 150 ml vegetable drink (milk can be substituted). - 4 eggs - A spoonful of basil - Dehydrated onion (to taste, I used two spoonfuls of onion from the spice jars). - 125 gr mozarrella cheese (you can add more or less depending on how much cheese you want 🤤). - Salt to taste. Preparation: - We preheat the oven to 180°. - Cut the sliced slices and the mozzarella into thin slices. Chop the sun-dried tomato. - Then mix the eggs with the milk, the dried onion, the basil and the salt. - In a baking tray we place the tomato and the mozarrella, pour the mixture on top and add the chopped tomato. - Bake for 30-35' approximately until it sets and that's it!
