We start by mixing the butter, honey, milk and anise essence until we have a homogeneous mixture and then we add the whole wheat flour, salt, yeast and mix well.

Finally, add the grains (aniseed and sesame) and mix again.

Between two baking papers and a rolling pin stretch the dough but it does not have to be very thin because it does not rise much in the oven,,,,, use the cutter that you like and bake 20 min at 180°.
