*The quantities are not exact, as well as the times! It depends on the taste of each one ☝️** Cut the onion (1) and the tomato (1) and chop the garlic cloves (2). In a pot we pour the extra virgin olive oil, when it gets a little hot, we introduce the onion and the chopped garlic until it browns. Later we introduce the tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chickpeas (1 jar of 400gr) and sauté with sweet and hot paprika (quantities to taste).

Cut the potato (1) and put them in the pot. Then, add water until all the ingredients are covered. We put the lid on the pot and let everything stand for half an hour, watching and moving during this time. We pass to the next step when the potatoes are almost undone to give texture to the stew.

Add the spinach. Stir until it shrinks. Add more water if necessary.

Serve and place a hard-boiled egg on each plate (OPTIONAL) 🥣🥚
