For the bread we only need oatmeal (either oat flakes, oat bran or oat flour) and warm yogurt.

Mix the two ingredients until you have a dough that you can handle and make small balls.

Flatten the balls and place them in a frying pan over medium-low heat for 10 minutes on each side with the lid on.

After this, we put them for another 3 minutes on each side without the lid.

For the hamburger we take the desired minced meat and add the spices, the chopped vegetables (in my case onion, carrot and parsley)

Add the eggs and a little milk and stir.

Then we add the oat bran or oat flour (it can be another type of flour) until it has the consistency we want and we fry them (in my case in the air fryer).

Replace the ketchup with a little avocado mashed in one of the bun tops, add the hamburger, lettuce, tomato, a little more onion and in my case the fresh cheese (but you can use whatever you want or remove it).
