Blend in a blender (I used a thermomix) the broccoli florets with two eggs and a tablespoon of Philadelphia. Add oregano, salt and pepper.

Add the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees, until you see that the dough has compacted and is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and turn the dough over (it will be done on the other side once the ingredients have been added) carefully placing a piece of parchment paper on top and turning it over.

Add the ingredients that you like, I put crushed tomato base, mushrooms, onion, red bell pepper, quail eggs and cheese on top.

Bake again at 200 degrees until you see that the egg is done and the cheese has melted.
