Brownie with nuts and seeds

Hydrate the dates for 30 minutes and then make the date paste by beating the pitted dates and adding a little of the hydration water.

Beat the eggs. Add cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder until smooth.

Add the date paste with the rest of the ingredients and stir. Add the flour as well.

Chop the walnuts into small pieces and the seeds and add to the mixture. Stir.

In a mold place half of the mixture and add whole nuts and 99% chocolate and pour the rest of the mixture. Decorate with nuts and chocolate again.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes (previously heated oven). Check with a toothpick or knife that it is done when it comes out clean. Let cool, unmold and enjoy!
