For the MASA MADRE: Heat the 50ml of milk a little to temper it and dilute the yeast. Add the 85g of flour and mix. Form a ball and put it in a bowl. Cover with warm water and let stand until the ball floats (10 min approx).

For MASA: Incorporate in a bowl: - 600g of flour - 175ml of water - 175ml milk - Oil - Salt - Sourdough ball Knead and form a ball.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

Cut the dough into 12 portions (or as many as you want) and shape them into muffins.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes with heat up and down.
