Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic in slices until it browns. Remove from the heat and add the paprika, making sure it does not burn.

In a casserole put water to boil with a quarter of an onion and a little salt. When it boils, add the conger eel and cook until it is ready, about 15 minutes approximately, depending on the thickness of each piece.

In another casserole we cook the egg.

In the pan with the garlic and paprika add the slice of conger eel and two ladles of the water in which it was cooked and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Once ready, add the boiled egg cut into quarters and... ready to eat!
