Preheat the oven to 200 . Cut the sweet potato in two halves. Season with salt and pepper and add a little black pepper. It has to be in the oven between 35 and 40 min.

While the sweet potato is baking in the oven, cut the onion and slowly chop it. We also cut the avocado into cubes and the cherry tomato and put them together. I added a little salt and squeezed lemon. But this is optional

When the sweet potato is ready, take it out and with a spoon remove the middle part in round, leaving the sweet potato on the edges. Add it to the onion and cook for 4 minutes. Add the chickpeas, salt, pepper and paprika and mix well. When you see that everything is well integrated, fill the sweet potatoes and pour the avocado and cherry mixture on top and put the cheese slices on top, and put in the oven to grill! And to eat
