In a pot with water, cook the pumpkin for 15 minutes or until soft.

Preheat the oven to 180°. In a bowl, pour a glass of warm water and the dates and blend well with a food processor or a blender.

Add the cream cheese, eggs and cooked pumpkin and mash again until a liquid mass is formed.

When it is ready, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and the tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well.

Wet a baking paper and place on a removable baking pan suitable for oven. Pour the mixture and bake for 50 minutes at 180°.
