Ingredients: ✅400 grams of cooked chickpeas. ✅140 grams of dates ✅60 grams of pure cocoa powder ✅100 grams of peanut butter ✅100 grams of chocolate 85% (optional) ✅6 nuts (optional) ✅10 grams of yeast ✅Vanilla flavor (optional) To start I am going to explain you a little quick how to make the date paste: Wash the dates and remove the seed from each of them, the seeds are thrown away and the dates are thrown into a saucepan with the necessary amount of water to cover them. After 10 minutes boiling, stop the fire, reserve the water of the dates in a glass and crush the dates, and add water depending on the texture you want.

--------START THE RECIPE-------- You can do it in two ways 1.BLENDER: put in all the ingredients except the chocolate and the nuts. And you grind it until it is more or less a homogeneous mass. 2. OTHER TOOL: (I used a potato masher) First I mashed the chickpeas a little and then I added all the other ingredients except the chocolate and the nuts until I got a more or less homogeneous dough. (It's ok if there are small pieces of chickpeas)

Then add the chocolate and the walnuts in small pieces and mix. ----- preheat oven 180°C----- Stain your hands with a little bit of AOVE to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands and make small balls. Then put them on baking paper and flatten them into a cookie shape. Put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

And finally you take the cookies out of the oven, you will let cool and enjoy!!!! 💛💛
