Put the fish loin in the air fryer and sprinkle with a little oil and spices to taste. I use oregano. Ground cayenne, basil, black pepper and salt. About 10 minutes at 180g.

Cook the gnocchi according to package directions.

Meanwhile half onion is cut and poached with oil in a frying pan. Salpimdntamos.

Wash and chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan to sauté everything together. After a few minutes add the fried tomato and let it all fry.

Once the gnocchi are cooked, add them to the pan with the rest of the ingredients and cook for a few moments.

When the fish is ready, tie together with the gnocchi.
