The first step is to marinate the salmon fillets 24/48h before making the recipe. It can be marinated with specific salt or soy sauce. The longer it is marinated, the more flavor it will have.

Once we have the marinated salmon and we are ready to make the recipe, the first thing to do is to make the carbohydrate base. For this recipe I have used a mix of brown rice, quinoa and lentils. Then we will cook the edamame.

Then cut all the ingredients into small cubes and look for a hole in the dish to put it in.

As dressing we can use soy sauce or EVOO. And that's it!
