Cut and freeze the banana. If you are in a hurry the result will be a custard.

In a blender or food processor, put the frozen banana (taken out 5 minutes before), the yogurt (it can be Greek, or in the case of avocado, a splash of milk). I use coconut yogurt because it is fatty and gives a texture very similar to ice cream. Besides, I really like the combination of coconut and banana.
