Mix the flour, peanut butter and egg. Flatten in a greased baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180°.

Mix the cream cheese and ricotta and add sweetener to taste. Add the gelatin (previously hydrated in cold water) to the milk and heat in a saucepan until it is diluted.

Beat the cheeses with the milk and the diluted gelatin. Add over the cooked base (after cooling) and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to set.

When it has set, put jam to taste on top and put it back in the refrigerator.
