Freeze the bananas. Once frozen, take them out about 5 minutes before freezing.

Beat the bananas, peanut butter and soy beverage to a creamy consistency. If it is difficult to blend, add more soy beverage until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Unmold the ice cream and add the toppings of your choice. I put 85% chocolate with a little coconut oil. You can also add nuts on top of the chocolate, for example.
