Soak the 14 sheets of neutral gelatin in cold water for 6 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour the 150 grams of fruit (in my case mango first and pomegranate for the second batch) and 200 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat.

If you have chosen pomegranate as the fruit, you will have to strain the contents of the saucepan before adding the gelatin.

Drain the gelatin and add it to the saucepan. Stir until all the gelatin is broken down.

Once you have mixed all the ingredients, pour the mixture into molds. I didn't have any free, so I made it in ice cube trays.

Finally, put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
