Crush the garlic clove and walnuts in a mortar and pestle.

Heat the cream in a saucepan with the chopped walnuts and heat while stirring until thickened, set aside.

In a frying pan put a little oil, chop the leek into julienne strips and when it is hot, throw it into the pan and fry it, add salt, when it is fried, remove to a plate and drain on paper towels.

In the same frying pan, practically grilled, cook the hake fillets.

Remove to a plate, season and top with the fried leek.
