Preparación de la receta
1
Prepare coffee with your coffee maker. You can prepare more or less, depending on whether you want it to taste like strong coffee or not. This will be explained in the following steps.
2
Take a ladle or measuring cup and pour the oatmeal you usually use to make porridge into a bowl.
3
Pour the coffee you have prepared into the ladle/cup* and pour it into a saucepan. *If it does not fill the saucepan, pour in milk until it reaches the rim. If on the contrary there is too much coffee, pour the full saucepan and reserve the remaining coffee.
4
Pour milk into the saucepan* and pour it into the pot. You have to pour 2 units of liquid for each unit of oatmeal, so depending on how much coffee you have, you will have to pour more or less milk. *If you have coffee left over from the previous step, fill the saucepan with the remaining coffee and finish filling it with milk. If not, pour the entire saucepan of milk. Just make sure it has two ladles of liquid in it if you used an oatmeal ladle.
5
Turn on the heat and add a teaspoon of cocoa and a pinch of cinnamon powder. If you prefer, you can also add some sweetener since it will be bitter.
6
When it comes to a boil, pour in the reserved oatmeal. Stir the mixture constantly so that it does not stick together until it thickens.
7
When the oatmeal is sufficiently cooked, pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with cocoa and cinnamon if desired.
