Cut the fillets into strips or buy ready-made strips and mix them with spices without adding oil (I used a chicken mix from a justspices brand).

In a plate we put a mixture of crushed corn flakes, with brewer's yeast, salt and a bit of sweet and sour paprika, in another plate chickpea or oat flour and in another, but deep, we beat a size L egg.

Preheat the airfryer with a little oil while we pass the fingers through the flour, the beaten egg and the corn flakes and place them separately on a plate. Once we have all of them we take them to the airfryer and pour a little oil on top. In total it takes 6 minutes at 200°C, turning them over/stirring them halfway through.

For the sauce we mix protein yogurt, a little olive oil, rice vinegar, any vinegar or lemon, a pinch of salt and a little water if we want it more liquid. Serve on a plate and pour the sauce on top or leave it in a bowl on the side.
