Salmon with cream and mushrooms

Chop the garlic and a quarter of an onion into small pieces and sauté slowly, while seasoning the salmon fillets.

When the onion and garlic are almost done, add a can of drained sliced mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Meanwhile we can grill the salmon and reserve.

After a few minutes we add a splash of white wine to the mushrooms (optional) to give more flavor and when the alcohol has evaporated we add 100ml of cream and let it thicken to our taste.

Finally, place the salmon fillets on a plate and pour the cream on top and that's it!
