Bring water to a boil for the pasta

Cut the turkey breast to taste and peel a clove of garlic.

Put in a hand blender: pine nuts, garlic, dried tomato, basil, half of the parmesan, and the EVOO. Blend everything until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

Place the salted pasta in the boiling water while the chicken is cooking in a pan.
