First we cook the cauliflower, and let it cool (it takes about 15 minutes to cook) I have it cooked before and put it in the fridge to keep it fresh.

In the meantime, we chop the vegetables and the boiled egg in cubes and put it all in a bowl together with the tuna, feta cheese and olives.

Then add the cauliflower divided by its own veins into rather small pieces.

Season with lemon, salt and EVOO.
