We put water to boil in a saucepan and add the pasta. Let it cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer.

Cut the onion in small portions and sauté it in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, while it is done, prepare in another frying pan the chopped garlic with another 2 tablespoons of oil, once they are a little fried add the shrimp and let them brown over low heat. When the onion is poached add the mushrooms, the chopped dates, the raisins and the apple. Cover and over low heat let it sauté and once everything is soft add the mascarpone cheese and mix. Put everything in a glass and blend it. Once the pasta is ready, put it in a plate, add the shrimps and the sauce that we have made when we mashed everything. Add salt, and that's it!
