Preparación de la receta
1
Clean the mushrooms with a cloth and remove the stems by hand. If there is not much room to stuff it, open it a little more with a knife.
2
In a frying pan place a spoonful of oil and while it is heating place the mushrooms upside down so that they get cooked inside. Keep an eye on them and when they are well done inside, turn them over.
3
Next, start adding the ingredients of the filling little by little, I put the tomato first, then the ham, the garlic powder and finally the mozzarella (to taste).

4
Then, put a lid on the pan for a while and watch until the mozzarella begins to melt. When it is more or less melted, place the quail eggs. ‼️IMPORTANTE‼️- At first I tried to place the eggs in the center of the filling but they slipped. Because of the mess, I decided to make them separately and then place them on top and I found it much easier. I leave attached an image with what happened to me....

5
Finally, place all the eggs on top of each filling, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper and you're done!!!✅
