Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat them until stiff (this will make them fluffy without the need for yeast).

Add the egg yolks and the beaten cream cheese and stir well with encircling movements.

Add the pea protein (I used Nutruly chocolate flavor in this case), the whole wheat rye flour and the tablespoon of cocoa powder.

We put a pump of EVOO spray in a frying pan or pancake pan and we make our pancakes one by one. I use a soup ladle to calculate the amount.

We add fruits or whatever we want and let's eat!
