Boil the lentils as indicated on the package, all the water must be absorbed.

Dice the bell pepper, onion and garlic.

Crush the lentils with a spoon and mix with the vegetables.

Add the spices and salt and preheat the oven to 200°C.

Put aluminum foil on the baking tray and with a small brush and a drop of virgin olive oil spread it over the foil.

Make the shape of the burgers and place them on the tray and put them in the oven for 15 min at 200°C on one side, if you can turn them over (I couldn't) you turn them over, if you can't turn them underneath for about 10 min and they are READY!
