Grate the tomato and set aside. Meanwhile we put oil in the paella pan and sprinkle with salt.

Once the paella is hot, we start searing the shrimps. We leave them a couple of minutes per side. Once done we put them aside

We put the shrimps and clams and give them a few minutes until the clams open. Once that we put the grated tomato, saffron and paprika.

Add the rice and give it a few turns to soak up the tomato and spices. Add the paella broth.

When it starts to boil, let the rice boil over medium high heat for about 15-18 minutes according to what is written on the package. Place the shrimp when it has been cooking for 5 minutes.

After cooking, cover the paella pan with aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
