🔹Stir-fry the onion, spinach, carrots and sweet corn; 🔹 add the raw shitake and shimeji and when they are well poached, add the dehydrated shitake.

Add 3 glasses of water and a dash of tamari sauce.

Let it cook for 30 minutes and if we see that we have run out of broth, add a little more water.

Finally, add the instant white miso when the fire is off and let stand for 5 minutes.
