Squeeze the oranges, peel/grate the orange and put everything on top of the sea bream on a tray, put in the fridge for 20 min to macerate.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. Cut the onion and carrot, pour the oil on the baking tray and place the vegetables in the oven.

Once the sea bream is cooked, pour the juice and the sea bream in the tray (do not pour the orange peel for cooking, throw it away).
