First we are going to put water to boil, put the hake for 5 minutes and the peeled shrimp for about 2 minutes.

In a frying pan fry the leek and the carrot, when it is done add the spoonful of corn flour and toast a little. Add the milk little by little and stirring constantly with a whisk.

When the béchamel sauce is ready, add the hake, shrimp and scallops cut into small pieces. Salt and nutmeg and cook for a few minutes stirring constantly.

Fill the scallop shell and sprinkle with grated cheese. Grill for 10 minutes or until they are to your liking.
