Separate balls the size of a fist and give them an elongated shape. Cut the gnocchi to the desired size with a knife and make a mark with the back of a fork.

Boil salted water and when it boils add the gnocchi. At the beginning they will remain sunk, when they start to float on the water it means they are ready.
