Cook the onion and chopped garlic in a frying pan.

Add the chicken to the pan (thighs, drumsticks, thighs, strips...) in pieces and let it cook.

Add a little fried tomato, a tablespoon or two.

Add a teaspoon of curry and a teaspoon of hot paprika, and season with salt and pepper.

When everything is done, add about half a can of coconut milk and let it "chupchup" for a while.
