Boil the rice and cut the garlic into small cubes.

Once the rice is ready, sauté the garlic with EVOO in a large frying pan. At this point, you can add any type of protein to make the dish even more complete (chicken, textured soy...).

When the garlic is golden brown, add the well-drained rice. We give it a couple of turns.

After a couple of minutes, add a dash of soy sauce.
