Creamy gnocchi with zucchini and onions

Boil the water and once it starts to boil put the gnocchi. Wait until they float, take them out and set aside.

Grate the zucchini and drain. Cut the onion into julienne strips. You can also add a sliced garlic if you like.

Finally, if you want to add a touch more cheese, you can now add cheese noodles or any other cheese you like. And enjoy!

Put the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

When the oil is hot, add the grated zucchini. Stir from time to time to cook it well.

When the zucchini is soft and lightly browned, add the onion (and garlic if you have decided), and cook until the onion is transparent.

Once it is almost to your liking, add the gnocchi to give them a little heat with the vegetables, and stir from time to time.
