Put the flour in a bowl (it can be whatever you want) and make a hole in the middle, where we will put the oil, warm water and half a teaspoon of salt (optional).

Cover with a cloth and let stand, in the warmest place in the house, for 15 minutes.

We will make about 6 balls (each ball is a loaf) and knead to stretch to the desired thickness. Very thin will be crusty bread and thick you can open it and fill it. If you want bigger bread just make fewer balls.

Grill both sides until toasted. It has no more mystery. If you do it this way, neutral, it is good for sweet and salty. If you prefer you can add spices to taste to the dough. Garlic, oregano, cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg ... the possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
