Pour a glass of water in the pan and when it starts to boil, turn it off and add the couscous.

Cover the pot and let the couscous absorb the water, about 5 min.

Beat the two eggs in a bowl and add the couscous, a dash of oil, salt and pepper and mix well to obtain our dough.

We put baking paper on the tray and put the dough and form the base.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove and assemble the pizza as desired.

I put tomato base, oregano, grated cheese, eggplant, onion and mushrooms. And bake again for about 15 minutes.
