Mix the oats with the salt and baking soda (the latter is optional, but improves the texture).

Boil the water and dissolve the 15 g of butter in it.

Add the freshly boiled water to the dough.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper. Ideally, the dough should be very thin

Cut the cookies with a pastry cutter (I used a plating mold).

Bake at 200 degrees about 15-20 minutes, until firm.

Optional: add oregano (as in my case), other spices or seeds when mixing solid ingredients.
