Take a small/medium sized banana that is ripe to add more sweetness and mash it with a fork.

Then mix the banana with the 2 tablespoons of oat flour, the egg, the tablespoon of cocoa and a pinch of baking powder. Stir everything until it is a homogeneous mass and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. (I advise to keep an eye on the microwave because depending on the power it can rise before or take a little longer).
