In a frying pan put a splash of EVOO and add the chopped onion and bell pepper, stirring to prevent sticking.

When we see that the above is done, add the diced chicken, wait for it to cook a little and add the texturized soybeans (previously in water).

Add a dash of hot sauce, parsley and pepper (to taste). We also add fried tomato and stir to integrate everything.

For the sauce: Two tablespoons of fresh cheese + a splash of EVOO + bell pepper + salt + parsley. Stir everything together and ready

To assemble: Heat a pancake in the microwave for a few seconds, spread a layer of sauce and place a handful of lamb's lettuce on top. Put about two spoonfuls of the mixture from the frying pan and ready to enjoy.
