INGREDIENTS (for 1 liter): - 250g of tigernuts - 1 liter of water - 45g of dates

We let the tigernuts soak for a minimum of 8 hours, although if they are soaked for 24 hours, it is much better (we change the water a couple of times).

Hydrate the dates and grind them together with the tigernuts and half a liter of water until a thick paste is obtained.

Pour the other half liter of water and blend again.

Filter with a cloth filter or a clean cloth and squeeze well so that all the liquid comes out.

Refrigerate and enjoy.
