Beat the egg in a bowl.

Add the milk, oat flour and yeast and mix well.

Once mixed, add the pure cocoa and the vanilla essence.

Pour the mixture on baking paper, spreading it in the shape of a palm tree.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°.

Melt the chocolate with a dash of EVOO in a tupper in the microwave.

Cover the palm with the chocolate and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Once ready, take it out and add the topping you like the most on top, in my case it was grated coconut.

Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and READY!
