Baked red apple and chocolate marbled muffins

Roast the red apple in the micro with a splash of water and cinnamon. I leave it for 3-4 minutes, stirring in between.

Beat the egg with the egg white. Add the baked apple and the Greek yogurt. For me there was no need for more sweetener, but you could add the sweetener of your choice (date paste, dates, banana, erythritol, whatever you want).

Mix the dry ingredients except cocoa: flours and baking powder. Add the mixture little by little to the wet mixture (2nd step). If it is too doughy, add a splash of milk.

Once we have the mixture well integrated, separate it into two different bowls and add the cocoa 😌.

In muffin pans, donuts, cupcakes, wherever you want, add the mixtures in patches, first one then the other 😗.

With the oven preheated up and down heat, put the muffins in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°. Check according to your oven.
